Our
Story
Hi, I'm Neelima Badola—a non clinical art therapist, full-time artist, and lifelong creative.
My journey began in the classroom, where I worked as a teacher, nurturing young minds and encouraging creativity wherever I could. But art has always been my first love. Since childhood, I found comfort in colors, textures, and the freedom of expression that creativity brings. Whenever life allowed, I continued learning—exploring new techniques, practicing regularly, and deepening my connection with art through self-paced study.
Over time, I transitioned from teaching to entrepreneurship, and eventually took the leap into becoming a full-time artist. This path allowed me to not only explore my creativity but also to share it more openly with others. As my art practice grew, so did my desire to help others find the peace and healing I experienced through creativity.
This led me to train as an art therapist. Now, I use art not just as a form of expression, but as a tool for emotional wellness and self-discovery. I also wrote and published books on the Art of Relaxing, hoping to make creative healing more accessible to people everywhere.
My journey wouldn’t have been possible without the constant support of my family and friends, who believed in me every step of the way. Platforms like YouTube and Instagram became sources of inspiration and connection—places where I could share my work and build a creative community that continues to motivate me every day.
Today, I help people reconnect with themselves through art, guiding them to find peace, purpose, and playfulness in the creative process. I believe that everyone is an artist—and that art can be a powerful path to healing.
Let’s create something meaningful together.
I have included links to social media, books, and workshops on my site.
